Pharmacist Board Exam Passers January 2010 Result Released

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) has released the Pharmacist board exam results as it announced that 481 out of 1091 examinees passed the exams given by the Board of Pharmacy in MANILA, BAGUIO and CEBU on January 2010.

Nursing Board Exam Passers November 2009 Result Released

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) has released the Nursing board Exam Results as it announced that 37, 527 out of 94,462 examinees passed the November 2009 licensure exams given by the Board of Nursing in Manila and all regional offices.

The composition of the Philippine board of nursing are chairperson: Carmencita M. Abaquin; members: Leonila A. Faire, Betty F. Merritt, Perla G. Po, Marco Antonio C. Sto. Tomas, Amelia B. Rosales and Yolanda C. Arugay.

The oathtaking ceremony of the successful examinees in the said examination in Manila as well as the previous ones who have not taken their Oath of Professional will be held before the Board on Monday and Tuesday, March 8 and 9, 2010, with morning (8:00 A.M.) and afternoon (1:00 P.M.) sessions at the SMX Convention Center, SM Mall of Asia, Pasay City. All must come in their white gala uniform, nurse’s cap, white duty shoes, without earrings, hair not touching the collar and without corsage.
Those who will register are required to bring the following: duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal, current Community Tax Certificate (cedula), 2 pieces passport size picture (colored with white background and complete name tag), 1 piece 1” x 1” picture (colored with white background and complete name tag), 2 sets of metered documentary stamps, and 1 short brown envelope with name and profession; and to pay the Initial Registration Fee of P600 and Annual Registration Fee of P450 for 2010-2013. Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.

Social Worker June 2010

The Professional Regulation Commission has released the Social Worker board exam results as PRC announced that 770 out of 1,321 passed Licensure Examination given by the Board for Social Workers in Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Tuguegarao, and Zamboanga this June 2010.

No. 32 dated Mar. 8, 2010, Board Res. No. 43 dated Mar. 29, 2010, Board Res. No. 47 dated Apr. 14, 2010, Board Res. No. 51 dated Apr. 22, 2010, Board Res. No. 57(A) dated Apr. 30, 2010 and Board Res. No. 63 dated May 21, 2010 Series of 2010.

The oathtaking ceremony of the successful examinees as well as the previous ones who have not taken their Oath of Professional and those who opted to submit ERS Assessment Certificates will be held before the Board on Friday, June 25, 2010 at 1:00 o’clock in the afternoon at the Manila Hotel, One Rizal Park, Roxas Blvd., Manila.

Certificate of Competency and Certificate of Endorsement shall be distributed during the oathtaking ceremony to the Chief Engineers and Second Engineers who successfully passed the board examinations and completed the required STCW 95 compulsory training and sea service. They shall proceed to MEOD and STCW section for registration and validation as soon as possible in order to expedite the processing of the above-mentioned certificates.

Registration for membership with the Marine Engineer Officers Association of the Philippines (MEOAP) will start after registration as a professional with the board and the Commission.

EXCEPT for the Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET), NURSES, MARINE DECK OFFICERS AND MARINE ENGINEER OFFICERS, the applications to take the licensure examinations together with all the documents supporting the applicants’ qualifications shall be filed not later than twenty (20) days before the first days of examinations in the Central and Regional Offices.

No changes in the schedules may be made without the prior approval by the Commission. The Chairmen and Members of the Regulatory Boards shall see to it that their activities or engagements shall not interfere or conflict with their duties in the
examinations as scheduled above.

If the number of examinees is less than fifty (50), regional examinations maybe be cancelled ahead of time with proper and prior notice to the regions.

This resolution shall take effect upon its approval.

all schools, colleges and universities, public and private, for their information and dissemination.

LET Exam Result April 2010

The Professional Regulation Commission has released the LET Teacher board exam results as PRC announced that 4,835 elementary teachers out of 31,306 examinees (15.44%), 4 Accelerated Teacher Education Program (A.T.E.P.) graduates out of 109 examinees (3.67%) and 6,483 secondary teachers out of 27,802 examinees (23.32%) successfully passed the Licensure Examination for Teachers (L.E.T) given last April 18, 2010 in 13 testing centers all over the Philippines and Hong Kong.

The results of examination with respect to eight (8) examinees were withheld pending final determination of their liabilities under the rules and regulations governing licensureexamination.

PRC Marine Board Exam Result July 2010

Manila - Philippines -  The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces that 1,787  out of 3,445 (51.82%) examinees passed the written phase of the Marine Deck Officers Licensure Examination for the various ranks given by the Board for Marine Deck Officers in Manila this July 2010. A total of 166 examinees are exempted from taking the practical examinations as they opted to submit a Certificate of Training and Certificate of Assessment in the Ship Simulator and Bridge Teamwork (SSBT).

The members of the Board for Marine Deck Officers who gave the licensure examinations are Capt. Jaime D. Aquino, Chairman; Capt. Mike L. Castro, Capt. Ireneo U. Delos Santos, Capt. Romeo C. Abuyuan and Capt. Marsolito A. Cruz , Members.

The results were released after three (3) working days from the last day of examinations.

The guidelines for the issuance of Certificate of Registration and Professional Identification Cards are as follows:

1.) Registration for the issuance of Certificate of Registration and Professional Identification Cards will start on Monday, August 2, 2010 until August 17, 2010. They will take their oath beforethe Board on Monday, August 30, 2010 at 1:30 in the afternoon at the Fiesta Pavilion, Manila Hotel, One Rizal Park, Roxas Boulevard, Manila.

2.) For the purpose of attending the Mass Oathtaking on August 30, 2010, the deadline for submission of Certificates of Ship Simulator and Bridge Teamwork with Practical Assessment will be on Wednesday, August 11, 2010.

3.) Selling of oathtaking tickets will be from August 2, 2010 until August 26, 2010 only at the 2nd Floor, Ever Recto.
